In the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Ireland demonstrated varied performance, with insights provided by Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a consistent download pattern, starting at around 3.3K weekly downloads and experiencing a slight dip to approximately 2.5K in May before rebounding to 3.1K by the end of June. Its weekly active users showed a gradual increase, beginning with 469K and reaching over 502K by the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw steady weekly downloads, peaking at 2.9K in early May. Active users fluctuated, starting at 66.6K, dipping to 62.2K mid-quarter, and finishing strong at 68.9K.

TFI Live experienced a notable weekly download peak of 3K in early April. Active users varied, with highs of 260K in April and a decrease to 206K by June's end.

Google Earth maintained a stable download rate, hovering around 1.2K weekly. Active users increased from 14.7K to 18.8K, showing a positive trend throughout the quarter.

MapXplorer: Navigation, Radar showed a significant rise in weekly downloads, peaking at 729 in late May. Revenue also saw a gradual increase, reaching $288 in early June. Active users grew from 442 to a peak of 1K in late May before settling at 750.
